Tony incorporated Olympus in December of 1981.  He holds a BS in Building Construction from Northeast Louisiana University.  Since inception the company, through the guidance of Mr. Pardew, has completed various types of construction projects.  The projects range from small medical and banking facilities to large commercial and industrial buildings.  The size of Olympus allows the required flexibility to adapt to the various economic needs of our clients.

Sr. Project Manager

Jon Folsom is Olympus Construction's Senior Project Manager responsible for managing projects, personnel, job costs and business development.  His background of eleven years in the construction industry has progressed to Project Manager.  He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and with a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  He spent five years as a Superintendent for a large General Contractor/Developer and four years as a Construction Coordinator with a leading Architectural firm.  His emphasis will be on providing a clear vision for the growth of Olympus Construction. 




Steve Hales Steve Hales

Sr. Project Coordinator

Steve Hales manages and coordinates various aspects of multiple projects for our company. He has an extensive understanding of site construction that involves grading, storm drainage, pavement, lighting, irrigation, geology, vegetation, site utilities, erosion control, etc. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Art in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas. From 1989 to 2010, he worked as a design professional and project manager for various architecture and engineering companies. His project experience includes golf course developments, sports field complexes, state park facilities, and commercial developments in five different states.
