Tony incorporated Olympus in December of 1981. He holds a BS in Building Construction from Northeast Louisiana University. Since inception the company, through the guidance of Mr. Pardew, has completed various types of construction projects. The projects range from small medical and banking facilities to large commercial and industrial buildings. The size of Olympus allows the required flexibility to adapt to the various economic needs of our clients.

Jon Folsom

Jon Folsom is Olympus Construction's Senior Project Manager responsible for managing projects, personnel, job costs and business development. His background of eleven years in the construction industry has progressed to Project Manager. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and with a Master's Degree in Business Administration. He spent five years as a Superintendent for a large General Contractor/Developer and four years as a Construction Coordinator with a leading Architectural firm. His emphasis will be on providing a clear vision for the growth of Olympus Construction.

Jason Inman

Jason Inman is Olympus Construction's newest Project Coordinator, responsible for helping manage all facets of the construction process from estimating, contract negotiating, and scheduling to subcontractor coordination, human resources management, and addressing challenges of all shapes and sizes. He comes to us with a background in management and architecture. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science and with a Master's Degree in Architecture. He spent two years as Executive Director of a non-profit organization and most recently spent two and a half years as an intern architect with architecture firms in Nashville, Tennessee and Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is enthusiastic about helping develop Olympus Construction into an industry leader in project quality and client satisfaction.

Betty Webb
Betty Webb is our Accountant. She has 26 years experience in all areas of Construction accounting, bidding and purchasing. She has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University. She had further accounting training through Ford Motor Company in the late 1970's.

Jonna Johanson

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Jonna Johanson, Olympus Construction's Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, is responsible for documentation of projects bid from conception to completion. She works with the project team preparing bid documents, contracts, change orders, and maintaining records of each subcontractor and supplier. Once a job is complete, she, along with the project team, prepare the close-out documents. Having spent eight years as Administrative Assistant with a local architectural firm, she has knowledge of contract management, along with other skills that aid her in the administration of contract documents. She graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Speech Communications and Theatre Arts.
