How Do You Select A   Builder?

 First you look for the obvious.  Make certain the builder has sufficient bonding capability for your job.  Look at their construction equipment.  It's easy to see if their equipment is adequate, modern and well maintained.  Ask to meet their engineering staff and satisfy yourself that they are competent and skilled.  Also look at the builders' history and examine closely the jobs they have completed and especially those that fit the criteria of the job you have planned.
